Machine Guards, Barriers, Gates, Enclosures

CLM Engineering undertake the fabrication of bespoke and custom industrial equipment fabrications for almost any application. If you have a particular requirement please feel free to get in touch. Below are examples of several areas in which we have considerable experience.

Machine Guards: Fabrication of bespoke and small batch machine guards for both OEM manufacturers as well as machine and factory installations including production facilities and manufacturing plants. Working with a range of materials including metals and plastics we can fabricate fixed and interlocked machine guards of all sizes to meet the ever increasingly stringent requirements of Health & Safety regulations. We are able to provide Risk Assessment, full RA survey, design, manufacture and installation services.

Barriers and Fencing: We install both fixed and mobile barriers and fences using standard OEM systems and our own bespoke designs. We can also manufacture modular tube framed barriers for temporary applications such as partitioning off construction areas, manhole protection, car park management, and many other indoor and outdoor applications.

Gates: We can assist in the design as well as fabricate any type of industrial or security gate – swing, powered, sliding, cantilevered. We can work to custom bespoke designs or utilise standard modular systems.

Enclosures: Bespoke industrial enclosures for machines, outdoor plant, electrical & electronic applications and storage can be undertaken to customer specification. Full range of materials include mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium with coatings to suit. We can fit a wide range of accessories and fixtures as required. Some of our enclosures are small buildings.
