Access Systems & Structural Steelwork

We can undertake a full range of secondary steelwork projects as well as small to medium primary steelwork projects. From our fully equipped fabrication shop we can undertake all types of fabrications, sheet metal work and for both small items and large structures. Items can be finished as required with either a powder coat finish, shot blast, polish or hot dip galvanising. We operate teams of dedicated onsite engineers for fitting and installation. We offer full design services including structural calculations.

Platforms: We fabricate bespoke platforms to suit requirements including access platforms, raised flooring, mounting platforms, machine pedestals and bases. Fabrications can be made in mild or stainless steel at our Slough factory and installed by our on sites fitting teams.

Walkways: Bespoke walkways, ramps & catwalks to suit the client’s access and H&S requirements.

Handrails: We manufacture and install balustrades and handrails for stairs, ramps, walkways and platforms. We can also supply and install standard handrail systems for both internal and external use.

Steps: Steps & stairs to customer specification can be fabricated and installed including plant & mezzanine steps, spiral stairs and fire escapes. We can also fabricate mobile ladders, platform steps and crossovers. Steps can be fabricated from mild or stainless steel and finished to suit application.

Ladders: We can fabricate ladders to specification including companion way ladders and single rung ladders. Materials – mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium. Long sections can be fabricated with safety cages and rest platforms.

General Structural Steelwork: We provide bespoke structural steelwork for small and large industrial and commercial applications such as pipe bridges, giant scoreboards, advertising boards, shelters, canopies etc.
