We are a service focused company and have been providing major clients with ongoing maintenance contracts for over 20 years. However, our maintenance programme's don’t just maintain, we improve by building in continuous improvement systems helping to raise efficiency, productivity, throughput, reliability and margins as well as reducing lead time, down time, set up time and cost.

We also offer various contract options including hourly rates, period rates or activity costed as well as performance or improvement related contracts based on customer’s KPI’s.
In-House Maintenance: We offer full in-house maintenance contracts for Mechanical, Electrical and Control services with fully supervised teams including site welders, pipe fitters, mechanical fitters and electricians all of whom are fully Health & Safety and CDM trained.
Programmed & One Off: Fully scalable services can be offered including managed planned maintenance programs with dedicated fully backed-up & supported teams working to performance contracts through to one off contracts for both small and large projects.
Emergencies & Callouts: Subject to commercial agreement we offer an emergency call out service in support of both planned maintenance service contracts and general emergency repairs. Key features include:
