Machines, Conveyors & Process Skids

From our dedicated Slough manufacturing facility we can build industrial machines and equipment at a competitive cost. Whether designed by ourselves, working to your drawings or simply refurbishing and rebuilding an existing item, we have the skills, experience and facilities to provide you with a first class service.

Build: Complete build of equipment from small jigs and fixtures to fully integrated production lines. Combining first rate project management skills, experienced engineers and a comprehensive plant list we are happy to take on any project no matter how complex or difficult.

Refurbish: In order to extend its life we inspect, dismantle, repair and re-build ageing equipment.

Machines: We build special purpose machines  and equipment to the client’s design or we can provide the full design / build package. Our own machine shop, metal working and fabrication facilities allow us to keep lead times to a minimum. Experience includes the manufacture of mechanical electrically powered systems, pneumatic control systems and chemical/fluid processing equipment.

Conveyors: CLM Engineering has many years experience in the fabrication of components and complete systems for conveyors and materials handling. We design, manufacture and install bespoke conveyors as well as any branded modular system. Conveyor types covered include:

• Low or High Level Conveyors

• Pneumatic Conveyors

Chutes: Another way to transport materials and cost effective. We design manufacture and install chutes, deflectors, actuated diverters, guides and so on.

Process Skids: We design and manufacture process skids for a wide variety of applications, for example transportable pump / engine sets, process plant control units. We have the in house resources to fabricate piping, enclosures, panels and support frames as required
